Job Title: HVAC Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Field Service Engineer to join our team at Pkaza LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our clients in the data center and industrial industries.

Job Summary:

The HVAC Field Service Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Commissioning, maintaining, and providing emergency support on critical cooling units, including chillers, cooling towers, CRAC and CRAH units, air handler units, and other HVAC equipment.
  • Performing design reviews, preparing test procedures and reports, and coordinating on-site testing.
  • Providing OEM authorized services, including product training, diagnostics, break/fix, and BMS interface.
  • Accurately reporting quality assurance, installation, and application deficiencies affecting warranty or unit performance.
  • Consulting with supervisors concerning unusual problems and developments.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • 7-15 years of experience in the data center or industrial industry, with the ability to troubleshoot down to component level on equipment such as chillers, cooling towers, and CRAC units.
  • Journeyman or Master HVAC License is a huge plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills, and customer relation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and resourcefully with good initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and excellent time management, customer service, etc.
