Job Duties Include
- Compile and analyze data to inform business decisions and prepare reports for management.
- Administer programs and projects to support the operating unit, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Manage incoming mail and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Compose and type routine correspondence, including emails and faxes.
- Organize and maintain file systems, ensuring easy access to critical information.
- Answer and screen office telephone calls, arranging conference calls as needed.
- Greet visitors and conduct them to the appropriate area or person.
- Conduct research and compile statistical reports to support business needs.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects.
- Make copies of correspondence and other printed materials.
- Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including emails and faxes.
- Order and maintain supplies, arranging for equipment maintenance as needed.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent preferred.
- 6+ months experience in general office or clerical support.
- Basic proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products, as well as 10-key typing.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and identify, analyze, and solve problems.
- Knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation to type from draft copy, review, and edit reports and correspondence.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
- Able to work alone or in a team environment.
- Able to work safely around equipment and other people.
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
