Position Overview:
We invite you to become a part of Lycia Therapeutics as a Research Associate II within the Biology team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the design and implementation of assays that support our ongoing projects. This position provides a unique opportunity to collaborate across various departments and contribute to the progression of state-of-the-art therapeutics.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality data to facilitate pipeline projects and the development of the LYTAC platform.
  • Design and perform cell-based and protein-binding assays.
  • Conduct analysis of in vivo samples utilizing immunoassays.
  • Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams to enhance drug discovery initiatives.

Essential Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline, coupled with 0-3 years of experience. Proficiency in cell culture, cell-based assays, and immunoassays is required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in mammalian cell culture and flow cytometry techniques.
  • Expertise in immunoassays, including ELISA.
  • Familiarity with biochemical and biophysical methodologies.
