We are seeking a highly experienced Manager of Financial Communications to join our team at Genworth. This individual will serve as an interface for the investor community, playing a critical role in the development and execution of Genworth's overall communication strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or economics, as well as experience in business writing and analysis. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

As a Manager of Financial Communications at Genworth, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with investors, sell-side analysts, and other market influencers to ensure the company's strategy for value creation is understood
  • Partnering with senior leaders throughout the organization to understand and influence external messaging in support of Genworth's key initiatives and future strategy
  • Supporting the planning processes, including the operating plan and multi-year plan, as well as actual reporting to support and understand how the company strategy will influence external messaging

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $185,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including auto enrollment in Employer-Directed Retirement Account Feature, generous Paid Time Off, and Disability, Life, and Long Term Care Insurance.
