Job Description

We seek a skilled Property Accountant to manage our property accounting operations and corporate accounting.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive system of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Prepare financial statements that comply with GAAP.
  • Assist in preparing the annual budget and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with external auditors.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
