  • Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks software
  • Reconcile accounts payable vendor accounts
  • Reconcile 250 accounts receivable entries and accounts
  • Generate financial reports and summaries for management
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements
  • Handle general office clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks software
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
Benefits
