Position: Program Analyst I - OHVP

Worldwide Counter Threat Solutions (WCTS) is seeking a Program Analyst I to contribute to a contract supporting the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Optimizing Health Care Value Program (OHVP). This program is dedicated to comprehensive analysis aimed at validating and enhancing the Return on Investment (ROI) of significant strategic initiatives and objectives as determined by VHA leadership.

Work Environment: This role is based in a hybrid model, requiring in-person attendance at WCTS' headquarters with occasional travel for meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and document ROI and process enhancements for stakeholders.
  • Conduct planning, audits, and evaluations for large-scale programs, collaborating with subject matter experts to create presentations for OHVP engagements.
  • Provide program analysis, strategic planning, and integrated master scheduling to support Program Managers during OHVP High Reliability Organization (HRO) and Optimization Model Engagements.
  • Offer administrative support, including drafting communications, maintaining schedules, and preparing meeting documentation.
  • Assist in event planning, congressional affairs, metrics, financial management systems, and risk management.
  • Deliver essential support to Program Managers, stakeholders, leadership, and team members.
  • Track Statements of Work, Work Breakdown Structures, and timelines to align with client missions and strategic objectives.
  • Utilize advanced computer functions, including the Microsoft Office 365 suite, to produce documents and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and graphics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of experience in healthcare organizations and business analysis, including operational assessments and clinical analytics.
  • Coordinate document dissemination with engagement leadership and process evidence of OHVP needs for analytics.
  • Familiarity with HRO frameworks and healthcare management structures.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Ability to work both in-person and remotely, with potential travel requirements.
  • Self-motivated with strong time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent note-taking abilities.
  • Eligibility to obtain VA clearance.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
