Job Summary

As an Occupational Therapist at Memorial Hermann Health System, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our community. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify their occupational therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement and manage occupational therapy programs, including advanced treatments and techniques, to help patients achieve their goals and maximize their independence.
  • Supervise and mentor assistants and rehabilitation technicians to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university-based program.
  • Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Texas.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
