The primary responsibility of the Account Executive is to guarantee client satisfaction and retention by providing timely, consistent, and high-quality service.

For this role, prior experience managing a Construction portfolio is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Service Request Management:
Craft high-quality submissions to insurance carriers on behalf of clients or prospects.

Evaluate and interpret quotations received from carriers.

Develop professional and precise proposals for client presentations.

Generate accurate summaries for existing clients.

Examine endorsements for correctness.

Facilitate premium audits and assist clients during disputes.

Issue certificates of insurance.

Conduct contract reviews regarding insurance stipulations.

Prepare and deliver timely binders and invoices upon coverage binding. Arrange premium financing as necessary.

Review newly issued policies for accuracy prior to client delivery.

Follow up promptly and professionally with clients, carriers, producers, and colleagues.

Organize and prioritize workload, including tasks delegated to Account Assistants.

Lead monthly renewal discussions with producers and fellow Account Managers.

Maintain certifications and fulfill assigned training objectives.

Stay informed about underwriting requirements and guidelines set by each carrier.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial insurance

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office:
Word, Excel, Outlook.

Experience with Agency Management Systems; AMS Sagitta is preferred.

Strong work ethic – timely follow-up, team-oriented, proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable.

Ability to work independently.

Resident State Insurance License required.

A college degree is preferred.
