About the Job:

This role involves assisting residents with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment, participating in educational programs, and contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $42,500 and $54,500, based on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes a generous PTO plan, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provide personalized care and support to residents
  2. Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress
  3. Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge
  4. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services
  5. Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • CNA or HHA certification required
  • 1+ years of experience working with seniors in a residential or long-term care setting preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
