Job Description:

This role is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to provide excellent patient care, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $43,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include a generous PTO plan, access to earned wages prior to payday, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Maintain resident rooms and common areas in a clean and safe condition
  • Assist with admissions and inventory of personal items
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain registered/certified nursing aide status

Requirements:

  • CNA or HHA certification required
  • Previous experience working with the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Able to read, write, and speak English fluently
