Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention
  • Remarket existing business based on producer requests or to meet client expectations and make suggestions to clients for upgrades or additional coverage/policies
  • Work with all carrier underwriters and company personnel to resolve problems in a timely and professional manner to ensure satisfaction
  • Develop insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing documentation as requested to align with agency standards
  • Write all types of commercial lines new business for existing clients when needed and process change requests accurately and promptly
  • Follow-up on all requests submitted to carriers for completion, and accuracy
Requirements
  • P&C license required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills specifically with MS Word and MS Excel
  • Ability to work in a group and independently
  • Perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve problems
Compensation

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

As an Independent Insurance Agent, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and develop strong relationships with them. You will also have the chance to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills as a professional.
