We are seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention.

Key responsibilities include remarketing existing business based on producer requests or to meet client expectations, working with carrier underwriters and company personnel to resolve problems, and developing insurance quotes and shopping renewals. Additionally, you will be responsible for writing all types of commercial lines new business for existing clients and processing change requests accurately and promptly.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a P&C license, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and excellent computer skills specifically with MS Word and MS Excel. You will also need to be able to work in a group and independently, perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and anticipate and resolve problems.

Compensation for this role is $40,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year, and you will have the opportunity to work with a trusted choice independent insurance agency located in North Carolina.
