Program Description:
Our Comprehensive Employment Services (CES) Program prepares individuals facing employment barriers to successfully transition into the workforce. This program provides tailored services for individuals with chemical dependency, ex-offenders, and those with co-occurring disorders. All participants undergo thorough vocational assessments, job preparation, and employment retention services. CES collaborates closely with businesses and industries in NYC to create job opportunities for its participants.


The role involves providing operational and administrative support to program management while completing various reports and projects to assist in monitoring and achieving program outcomes and milestones.


Responsibilities:
1. Develops and maintains program reports required for funding sources and internal leadership, including milestone and billing reports.

2. Monitors actual performance against goal performance for all programs and prepares additional statistical data as necessary.

3. Compiles weekly performance reports on client engagement and placements for relevant programs.

4. Assists in billing processes for contracts and oversees receivables.

5. Trains staff on internal database data entry and reporting protocols.


6. Ensures all client files are properly documented, and client information is entered accurately and promptly into the database.

7. Provides programmatic support to Senior Director and VP.

8. Acts as a liaison for IT and resolves database issues.

9. Capable of generating requested reports from the database to assist with program monitoring.

10. Oversees, distributes, orders, and reconciles transportation cards, gift cards, and incentive checks.

11. Monitors, tracks, and orders office supplies.

12. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with at least 1 year of demonstrated experience in non-profit operations.

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong customer service skills.

- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.

- Ability to perform accurate quality assurance and data entry.

- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Salary $47-50,000/year

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, in-office.
