Position Overview

The Coalition for Responsible Community Development (CRCD) is dedicated to fostering a results-oriented environment while delivering high-quality programs. The IT Support Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing and sustaining technology infrastructures, including hardware setup, configuration, and inventory management. This position will provide essential support across all sectors within the CRCD framework.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of this role encompass, but are not limited to:

Hardware and Software Management

  • Establish user accounts for new personnel as the Office 365 administrator for CRCD Enterprises and CRCD Partners.
  • Prepare devices (e.g., computers and mobile phones) for new staff members at CRCD Enterprises and CRCD Partners.
  • Ensure all hardware utilized by CRCD is equipped with the latest security updates and software.
  • Upgrade hardware as necessary; replace components or entire systems when required.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware across all CRCD divisions.
  • Offer support, including procedural documentation and relevant reporting.
  • Develop, implement, and assist in the rollout of new applications.
System Monitoring and Maintenance
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all CRCD personnel and manage the helpdesk ticketing system to provide troubleshooting assistance as needed.
  • Ensure all computer systems operate efficiently and as intended.
  • Maintain high standards of system and internal data security, safeguarding the integrity of CRCD's OneDrive and SharePoint.
  • Document all incidents and service requests by department to identify training needs.
Staff Onboarding and Training

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new staff at CRCD Enterprises and CRCD Partners.

• Conduct initial sign-in for Office 365 user accounts.

• Provide introductory training on Office 365 and various applications (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).

• Guide staff on accessing the helpdesk system and submitting tickets.

• Lead the issuance of tech equipment and onboarding for all new hires.

• Design, deliver, and continuously enhance training programs in the following areas:
  • Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Additional opportunities identified through service and incident reports.
Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Ability to create, modify, or manage systems to address staff IT requirements.
  • Experience navigating various system environments (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Office 365 administration, and endpoint management).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) with strong presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of independently meeting tight deadlines.
  • Possess reliable transportation: valid driver's license and car insurance as mandated by law.
Compensation

$60,000-$65,000 annually
