Responsibilities:

  • Accurately interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and sales teams to determine optimal solutions for customer needs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, availability, and applications.
  • Oversee product logistics and delivery coordination.
  • Assist in collecting outstanding payments from clients.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and product training sessions.
  • Provide post-sales support by consulting with clients to resolve any issues.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and articulate features to customers.
  • Ensure timely order processing and confirmations through the Eclipse ordering system.
  • Offer pricing quotes, credit terms, warranties, and delivery schedules.
  • Follow up on submitted estimates and proposals.
  • Manage customer requests for quotes and product information.
  • Identify potential clients and expand market territories through strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee customer orders from initiation to delivery.
  • Stay informed about market trends, product advancements, and competitor activities.
  • Occasionally visit job sites for on-site troubleshooting.
  • Engage in monthly sales meetings and industry events.
  • Be available for after-hours customer support and shop access.
  • Efficiently process warranty claims.
  • Generate reports and assist the Branch Manager as required.
  • Provide competitive analysis to support dealer acquisition efforts.
  • Distribute product brochures and catalogs to clients.
  • Deliver comprehensive information regarding the company's product offerings.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients post-sale when necessary.
  • Provide technical support, including monitoring shipping, delivery, and returns.
  • Recommend products tailored to the specific needs and interests of customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Fulfill additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
