We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Documentation Support Specialist to join our team in the DMV area.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining various documentation, including systems, programming, and operations documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain documentation for various systems, programming, and operations.
  • Create user manuals, reference manuals, and other relevant materials.
  • Manage an up-to-date internal documentation library and provide additional documentation services as needed.
  • Analyze and compose technical information to ensure accuracy and proper use of technical terminology.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear and understandable documents suitable for both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Interact with colleagues, management, and customers with effective communication, including delivering presentations when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with Atlassian Tools and working knowledge of HTML.

Physical Requirements: The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
