Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify vendor invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Reconcile purchase orders and invoices via a 3-way match process to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
  • Select invoices for payment, cut checks, and attach approved invoices.
  • Filing checks and other AP data in a timely and systematic manner.
  • Reconcile assigned vendor accounts to statements on a monthly basis.
  • Open, stamp, and distribute accounting mail as assigned.
  • Clear and receive AP errors and EDI reconciliation.
  • Clear credit cards and manual orders.
  • Perform all accounts payable duties as assigned.
