Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisor to lead our EDI Production Support and Member Enrollment teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising team members, ensuring workloads are balanced, and partnering with leadership to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise team members and ensure workloads are appropriately balanced.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure common goals are met and/or exceeded.
  • Build organizational capacity by identifying and recommending process improvements.
  • Serve as a resource to team members and internal/external stakeholders on complex assignments/projects.
  • Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends and collaborate with EDI and Member Enrollment Management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
  • Manage and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives.
  • Establish and implement individual and team priorities, performance goals and objectives to ensure completion of responsibility.
  • Provide training and development opportunities, including stretch assignments, for team members and give honest and open feedback to aid in the development of talent.
  • Manage and evaluate individual/team performance and take appropriate action to meet and/or exceed performance standards.
  • Serve as a resource to team members and internal/external stakeholders on complex assignments/projects.
  • Ensure that processes are followed in accordance with internal controls and that data is appropriately managed per LFG corporate data privacy standards.
  • Ensure that top talent is hired and retained.

Requirements
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
  • 3+ Years of experience in customer service environment directly aligned to the specific responsibilities of this role
  • 2+ Years of experience in EDI and/or Member Enrollment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior supervisory experience and/or experience working in Ardis/Converge
  • Ability to balance technical aspect (system, customer, broker) and ability to lead a team.
  • Ability to prioritize and continuously improve processes, procedures, systems, and the team.
