The Catholic Community Service Inc. is seeking a skilled Program Supervisor Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Adult Day Program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recreation, social services, or healthcare, with experience in planning and leading activities for seniors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing therapeutic recreation programs for participants
  • Providing direct services to participants, including assessments and support
  • Maintaining accurate program notes and participant records
  • Collaborating with caregivers and community service agencies to meet participant needs
  • Supervising staff and volunteers in the absence of the program supervisor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in recreation, social services, or healthcare-related field
  • Two years of experience in planning and leading activities for seniors
  • Previous supervisory experience and/or experience working with seniors

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm. The starting wage is $25 per hour.
