Position Overview:
The role entails managing a variety of customer account transactions with precision, efficiency, and discretion. A Level I client service representative is dedicated to delivering outstanding banking experiences by fostering relationships and suggesting relevant products and services.
  • Processes cash-related functions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
  • Maintains balanced cash drawer and transaction records.
  • Gains foundational knowledge of both new and existing financial products and services.
  • Recognizes and recommends appropriate products and services tailored to customer financial requirements.
  • Ensures the security of cash assets and detects any fraudulent activities.
  • Completes daily branch responsibilities to uphold operational integrity.
  • Aids in achieving referral objectives by identifying and promoting basic banking products.
  • Provides exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned.
Candidate Profile:
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Bilingual capabilities are a valuable asset.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, cash-handling environment.
  • Exhibits strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Collaborative team player with the capacity to complete training programs successfully.
  • Establishes rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Possesses critical thinking skills to deliver suitable solutions.
Work Environment: Fully onsite
