As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at MGA, you can anticipate:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert speech therapy services and interventions to pediatric clients (birth to 21 years).
  • Assess, create, implement, and adjust treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
  • Guide and educate patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to establish and review goals for each patient.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited therapy program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA)
  • Preferred: At least one pediatric clinical rotation
  • Active state licensure
  • CPR Certification
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
