The Talent Coordinator is an entry-level position that plays a vital role in facilitating our recruitment and talent management strategies. This individual will be tasked with organizing various elements of the hiring process. Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in crafting and disseminating job postings across various job boards and social media channels.
  • Review resumes and applications to pinpoint qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring personnel.
  • Maintain and refresh the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support the design and execution of employee training and development initiatives.
  • Assist in the performance review process, including scheduling and documentation tasks.
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Utilize platforms like LinkedIn or Indeed for candidate sourcing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment support or sales.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
