As an MGA Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you can anticipate:

• Comprehensive training and continuing education opportunities
• Personal tablet for electronic documentation
• Mentorship and specialized programs in feeding and swallowing
• No minimum weekly caseload/visits, with a focus on 1:1 patient care
• Proximity to home for convenience
• 24/7 on-call support
• Training program for new graduates

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver expert speech therapy services and interventions to pediatric patients (birth to 21 years).
• Assess, create, implement, and adjust treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Educate and support patients and their families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to establish and assess goals for each patient.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited therapy program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA)
• Preferred experience includes at least one pediatric clinical rotation
• Active state licensure
• CPR Certification
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
