Job Description:

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Building Engineer to join our team at Manpower Engineering. As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the mechanical systems of a hospital, ensuring the efficient operation of equipment, and providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
* Assist contractors with project work and respond to work orders in a timely manner
* Operate boilers and chillers at various onsite buildings and estimate time and materials needed to complete repairs
* Maintain an energy management program to reduce operating costs and ensure efficient system operation
* Perform welding, carpentry, furniture assembly, and locksmith tasks as needed

**Requirements**

* 3 years of boiler experience required
* Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite
* Stationary engineering license and CFC license required
