Key Responsibilities:

As a Facilities Operations Engineer with Hines, you will oversee the essential operation and upkeep of all building systems and equipment. This includes routinely assessing operational conditions and collaborating with your Supervisor to address any irregularities. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Conducting preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, including pumps, chillers, boilers, air compressors, and air handling units.
  • Diagnosing operational failures and restoring building services with minimal oversight.
  • Overseeing maintenance tasks as required.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in commercial HVAC or a related field.
  • A strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to respond professionally to tenant inquiries.
  • Compensation range: $57,762 - $72,203; includes a 3% Bonus Pool.
