We are in search of a skilled Financial Advisor to become a vital part of our Wealth Management division.


Boulay Financial Advisors offers clients comprehensive and cohesive tax, estate, investment, and wealth guidance to navigate the financial intricacies of life.

Key Responsibilities:

The Financial Advisor will play a crucial role in supporting the Wealth Management Department to meet our clients' needs.

This role involves managing current client relationships, devising and executing strategies, and initiating new client connections.

This position will frequently collaborate with, mentor, and guide other team members in delivering exceptional client service.


Specific Duties Include:
  • Data collection, analysis, case design, scenario modeling, plan formulation, and presentation preparation.
  • Participation in client meetings, providing advice under the guidance of Senior Financial Advisors and Partners.
  • Collaboration across various Boulay Departments to effectively complete projects and tasks.
  • Preparation of client financial plans and presentations for review by Senior Financial Advisors and Partners.
  • Initiating and nurturing client relationship development and management, ensuring regular communication.
  • Overseeing client services, including financial planning processes, investment strategies, planning updates, portfolio reviews, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Organizing and synthesizing client data within a financial planning framework.
  • Preparing and presenting financial scenarios.
  • Proactively driving the financial planning process.
  • Assisting in portfolio management.
  • Supporting 401(k) Plan marketing and servicing.
  • Preparing documents for client meetings.
  • Utilizing financial planning software effectively before and during client meetings.
  • Attending client meetings in a supportive and learning capacity.
  • Leading the development of client communications.
  • Facilitating clients' 401(k) enrollment and educational sessions.
  • Managing correspondence with service providers, including resolving service requests.
  • Assisting with tax planning and compliance.
  • Researching technical issues.
  • Communicating with advisors or clients as necessary to initiate or follow up on planning engagements.
  • Providing planning recommendations and communicating them effectively with the advisor and/or client.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of professional accomplishments and quality of work.
  • CFP Certification.
  • Strong understanding of stock markets, mutual funds, financial planning, and economic terminology, with a solid grasp of the financial planning process.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with financial planning software.
  • Experience in a supervisory role.
