This financial role will focus on supporting the OptumInsight Admin Solutions - Revenue Services sector, encompassing budgeting and forecasting, reporting, analytics, investment tracking, productivity savings planning, strategic initiative modeling, and various financial support tasks.

The position entails overseeing the financial aspects of Market Performance Partnership (MPP) contracts, which includes financial implementation, base cost and fee reconciliation, billing reconciliation, proforma analysis and reporting, contract change control support, and collaboration with Account Client Executives and Operations teams on expense efficiency initiatives or growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead extensive, complex projects aimed at achieving critical business goals.
  • Interpret highly complex concepts in a manner that is accessible to diverse audiences.
  • Manage large, intricate contracts, negotiations, complex modeling, vendor management, compliance, and more.
  • Persuade senior leadership to embrace innovative ideas, products, and approaches to enhance financial performance.
  • Contribute to due diligence for market-level implementations and potential acquisition strategies.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including extensive financial modeling experience.
  • Experience in collaborative work and influencing others within a matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and be a self-starter.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA.
  • Experience in Healthcare, Technology, and/or Revenue Cycle Management.
  • Familiarity with third-party contracts and related concepts.
