Ensure new client onboarding processes are progressing in a timely manner. Conduct client courtesy calls in anticipation of upcoming needs. Responsible for data integrity for client accounts in Tamarac. Utilize CRM system for daily tasks, tracking and documentation of client data, and internal updates to current assigned work. Collaborate with team members regarding account questions, service requests, and client inquiries. Schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings. Complete other duties, tasks, or special projects as assigned. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years of administrative support with internal or external client service experience. Strong attention to detail & highly organized. Effective use of technology/software. Flexible to changing circumstances and client needs. Desired Skills: Desire to provide quality customer service. Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. Work independently, multitask, and prioritize work to meet deadlines. Possess problem solving skills and issue resolution capabilities. Communicate effectively in both written and verbal capacities in English. Possess strong interpersonal skills, a team-based attitude, and a desire to collaborate. Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree. Experience in financial services or a professional services environment involving compliance and adherence to regulations. Benefits: 401(K).
