Adheres to all concierge team standards and first impression protocols for the community entrance, ensuring a positive experience from the moment of arrival.
Responsible for the creation and upkeep of resident information sheets using the designated management system.
Inputs resident details and uploads photographs, ensuring all information is current and accurately reflects any changes.
Distributes updated resident information sheets to all relevant departments and locations.
Current resident information sheets should be maintained in the following locations: Administrative Records, Resident Health Files, Business Office Documentation, and Emergency Preparedness Files.
