At The Salvation Army Central Territory, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide clerical and administrative support to the Site Administrator, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to callers and visitors, responding to inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date files, records, and databases.
- Perform various clerical duties, including data entry, typing, and preparing documents.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Assist with mail distribution, copying, and faxing documents.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and security protocols.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Site Administrator.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, email, and internet.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
