Tow Truck Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team at D&E Road Service Inc. as a Tow Truck Operator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing emergency roadside assistance, accident recovery, and recovering abandoned vehicles in a designated area.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to Roadside Emergencies: Respond promptly and professionally to roadside emergencies within a designated area, providing assistance to stranded motorists and ensuring their safety.
- Vehicle Recovery and Transportation: Recover and transport vehicles to a designated location, using specialized equipment and techniques to ensure safe and efficient transportation.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the tow truck and all equipment in a safe and operational condition, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Documentation and Invoicing: Accurately document each call and provide basic invoicing to clients, ensuring timely and efficient payment processing.
- Licenses and Certifications: Must hold the proper license to operate a tow truck in the state and have a clean driving record.
- Experience and Skills: Must have experience with basic roadside assistance, such as changing a tire, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Must be able to think critically and adapt to changing situations, ensuring safe and efficient resolution of roadside emergencies.
