Job Responsibilities:
  • No over the road driving: This role strictly involves local mileage, ensuring that you can be home every night.
  • Experience with different vehicles: You will have the chance to drive a range of vehicles, including those with manual and automatic transmissions, broadening your experience.
  • Learn different driving roles: We will provide you with the opportunity to learn and excel in various driving roles, allowing you to develop a broad range of skills.
  • Maintain and operate equipment: You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, as well as moving materials to various areas using forklift trucks and hand trucks.
  • Exceptional customer service: Represent the company favorably to customers, suppliers, and the general public, maintaining our commitment to world-class service.
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D., or equivalent experience.
  • Commercial Class A Driver's License (CDL).
  • DOT physical.
  • At least 6 months of safe driving experience in a city environment with a full-size semi and trailer.
  • Switcher tractor/yard dog/yard tractor experience is a plus.
