With over 40 years of expertise, Triumph's offerings include premium storage containers, mobile offices, modular classrooms, laboratories, and both temporary and permanent modular buildings.

Position Summary
Set Up Technicians operate within a LEAN framework, collaborating with a team to establish standardized terminology and processes aimed at continuous efficiency enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with safety regulations and protocols as outlined by the company and clients.
  • Ensure all personal protective equipment (PPE) is maintained according to policy.
  • Safely install and dismantle modular buildings at client locations following manufacturer guidelines.
  • Install and remove additional components such as skirting, tie-downs, ramps, stairs, and furniture as specified in project work orders.
  • Communicate any modifications made during the setup and takedown processes.
  • Follow Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) as required by Triumph and clients.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of units post-installation and pre-dismantling.
  • Document project completions with photographs and submit them to the Set Up Supervisor or Field Operations Manager.
  • Complete punch lists and secure customer approvals in coordination with the Set-Up Supervisor and Field Operations Manager.
  • Report any damages to the operations manager.
  • Maintain tools and equipment on-site (translifts, lulls, utility trailers, trucks, etc.) and report any malfunctions to the Field Operations Manager.
  • Document and report any near misses or injuries.
  • Complete daily vehicle inspection reports, checking fuel, oil, hoses, lights, and any visible damage, regardless of deficiencies.
  • Clean vehicles weekly, both inside and out.
  • Conduct site visits as necessary.
    *Additional duties as assigned.

Shop Responsibilities:

  • Clean and repair office trailers and ground-level containers.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and hazard-free work environment in the shop and storage areas.
  • Notify the supervisor when units are clean, repaired, and ready for rental.
  • Assist drivers with loading and unloading as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong driving record
  • Ability to pass DOT medical examination
  • Valid forklift certification

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capable of lifting 50 lbs or more
  • Able to bend, twist, climb ladders, and maneuver into awkward positions while handling equipment.
  • Ability to work in environments with high noise and dust levels.
