Job Title: Head of Department - Physical Education

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Department - Physical Education to join our team at Eastern Hills Senior High School.

About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the Physical Education department, providing high-quality leadership and management to ensure the delivery of a comprehensive and engaging Physical Education program for students.

The Head of Department will work closely with the school's Senior Leadership Team to implement school policy and procedures, and will be responsible for managing staff, physical and financial resources.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing effective leadership in a diverse range of educational settings, and will possess high-level interpersonal and public relations skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

The Head of Department will also be responsible for ensuring a high level of educational outcomes for all students, including Aboriginal students, students from diverse ethnic backgrounds, and students with special needs.
