Customer Service Representative

The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests. This role involves operating the telephone system, answering incoming calls, and directing callers to the appropriate personnel. The ideal candidate will have a cheerful and pleasant attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming internal calls to greet, schedule appointments, and provide service to members in a friendly and professional manner
- Convert LifeSpa questions into appointments and explain all LifeSpa products, services, and treatments to guests
- Suggest upgrades or add-ons to products and services and complete outgoing confirmation calls
- Use required safety devices to comply with company safety rules
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience
- CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire
- Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds
- 1 year of receptionist experience
