We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role plays a critical part in establishing relationships with customers, scheduling appointments, and providing product information. About the RoleAs a Business Development Specialist at Wilson County Chevy Buick GMC, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, build rapport, and guide them through the sales process. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, and following up with leads. Your strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team will be essential in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the sales process.
  • Providing customers with product information and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • FOLLOWING UP WITH LEADS THAT ARE NOT READY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT OR NO-SHOW.
RequirementsTo succeed as a Business Development Specialist at Wilson County Chevy Buick GMC, you will need:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license.
