Logistics Operations Specialist

Role Overview: As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for supporting the shipping and receiving processes within our warehouse.
Warehouse associates are essential to our organization’s achievements. They work diligently, safely, and independently to ensure a seamless flow of products through our distribution channels while upholding quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include executing shipping and receiving tasks promptly, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the warehouse environment organized and compliant with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned, including but not limited to forklift operations, order selection, and sanitation tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse area, loading dock, and trailers as required.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of assigned equipment in line with company policies.
- Execute damage control checks on incoming items and communicate with supervisors regarding any discrepancies.
- Ensure all equipment is secured and complete necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in warehouse or distribution environments.
- Ability to adhere to scheduled shifts and required overtime.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, reach, and lift consistently throughout the shift.
- Capacity to lift and manage products weighing between 10-90 pounds from various heights.
