Position Overview

The Lead Print Production Specialist will report directly to the Manufacturing Manager and will be accountable for various aspects of design files along with the operation and upkeep of the flatbed printer.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare files for printing processes
  • Design layouts for each order to serve as a reference
  • Operate and maintain flatbed printing equipment
  • Inspect and clean materials prior to the printing process
  • Manage inventory of printer room supplies
  • Collaborate with printer vendors for troubleshooting
  • Schedule technician visits as required
  • Examine printed materials for defects from printers or vendors

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Graphic Design
  • Proficiency in large format flatbed printing
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently
  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Adaptable to work across various departments as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience

This position offers approximately 16-24 hours of work per week at a competitive pay rate of $24 per hour.
