As a Field Sales Consultant, your main duty will be to market our extensive visual branding solutions to medium and large enterprises. You will be expected to meet sales targets and quotas by diligently engaging in daily activities that foster a strong pipeline of qualified prospects. Furthermore, you will collaborate with center management and support teams to develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in consultative selling and provide tailored recommendations to prospects and clients utilizing various products and Brand Standards.
  • Establish and maintain a database of qualified leads through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Leverage company CRM software for managing client interactions.
  • Coordinate with the company Estimator to accurately quote projects.
  • Build and nurture relationships and a referral network within the local community to generate new revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain precise documentation of sales and prospecting activities, providing status updates as required.
  • Complete all necessary client and project documentation.
  • Identify and address customer satisfaction concerns.
  • Perform additional tasks as necessary, such as answering inquiries, assisting at the front counter, and consulting with clients.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in business-to-business field sales is required.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and business objectives.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, networking, and customer service abilities.
  • Capable of efficiently organizing, prioritizing, and managing tasks related to clients and team members.
  • Proficient in computer and internet applications, including the Microsoft Office suite.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Experience in the Sign or related industry is preferred but not mandatory.
