As a Patient Navigator specializing in imaging and hereditary cancer testing, you'll play a vital role in collaborating with our clinical team to deliver a personalized experience to our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide genetics education to high-risk patients and their families.
  • Coordinate registration and scheduling for genetic testing appointments.
  • Collect specimens for genetic testing and ensure accurate results.
  • Act as a liaison between patients, radiologists, pathologists, and referring physicians.
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.
  • Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Distribute positive genetic test results to referring physicians.
Qualifications:

We're seeking a certified medical assistant with at least 1 year of experience in imaging. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly preferred.
