Responsibilities

As a senior retail operations manager, you will:

  • Motivate and manage your team while holding them highly accountable
  • Efficiently manage bill-pay, expense control, and full P&L statements
  • Oversee maintenance teams, coordinating work orders and apartment turns
  • Own all aspects of sales management – Traffic Building, New Rentals, and Renewals
  • Manage your sales team by selling alongside them
  • Master operational systems and processes
  • Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements

  • Enjoy selling and consistently exceed sales metrics
  • Have 2-4 years of experience as a General Manager, Store Manager, or Assistant General Manager of a complex business
  • Are comfortable holding accountability conversations and implementing performance improvement plans with associates
  • Are hands-on, shoulder-to-shoulder with their team
  • Are open to direct feedback, resilient, and solution-oriented
