Job Title: Landscaping Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Project Manager to join our team at All In One Property Management. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing a team of landscape professionals on various projects, ensuring seamless project execution and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage and instruct crew members to deliver high-quality results in a timely manner.
  • Assist with teaching and training crew members to maintain proper procedures and quality standards.
  • Represent the company's best interest and maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to lift heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs).

Compensation:

$55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
