Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our Neurovascular team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses in providing patient care and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • RN license in state of hire and wherever care is provided upon hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
