Job Summary:

Clarvida - Washington is seeking a skilled Psychiatric Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our medical team, you will work with clients who have been discharged from state hospitals or reside in assisted living facilities/adult family homes. Your primary responsibility will be to provide medical assessments and history information to support the Nurse Practitioner's goal-directed plan of care. You will also complete medication reviews, establish priorities of client care, and link clients to medical providers and follow up on labs, refills, prescriptions, and prior authorizations.

Responsibilities:

- Provide medical assessments and history information to support the Nurse Practitioner's goal-directed plan of care
- Complete medication reviews and establish priorities of client care
- Link clients to medical providers and follow up on labs, refills, prescriptions, and prior authorizations

Requirements:

- RN current license in Washington
- 1 or more courses on psychiatric nursing and psychotropic medications
- 1 or more years' experience working with psychiatric client populations
- Intermediate PC skills and strong clinical/communication skills
