Job Summary

We are seeking a Financial Advocate to join our team. As a Financial Advocate, you will be responsible for providing distinguished consultative sales and service by proactively uncovering and fulfilling the needs of each member through advocacy. Your goal will be to anticipate member needs and provide appropriate business and consumer recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate the needs of members and provide advocacy-based offerings once a clear understanding of their financial situation is uncovered.
  • Identify opportunities for continued financial success and refer to our service partners.
  • Conduct outbound advocacy calls to build relationships.
  • Process new account requests and promote and refer appropriate ancillary products and services.
  • Respond promptly to all communication channels.
Requirements
  • Prior experience: minimum of 2 years in a financial institution preferred.
