Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Support Representative to join our team at McAnly Associates. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Regional Account Managers to develop effective sales strategies and approaches
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and Regional Account Managers
  • Full cycle sales and product support, including tracking sales, deliveries, and customer service
  • Assist Regional Account Managers with quoting and pricing
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by Operations/Office Manager

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in inside customer service and/or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with technology and results-oriented
  • High level of self-motivation and time management skills
