  • Handle cancellations or changes in sales orders and communicate with related departments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with customer service to ensure delivery commitments are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Attend industry conferences to stay up-to-date on industry developments and build relationships with industry professionals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Proficient computer skills, with experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Decision-making, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Two years of experience in a wholesale or sales environment, preferably in the HVACR industry.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
