About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Staff Analyst to join our Housing Navigation team at Heluna Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring foster youth participants referred by the Department of Children and Family Services receive the support they need to locate permanent housing and access intensive case management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing policies and procedures, setting programmatic benchmarks, and collecting and analyzing outcomes data and quality of data.
  • Provide regular programmatic updates to oversight committees, other participating departments, partner agencies, contracted service providers, and stakeholder groups.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of projects, and prepare project reports including service utilization, performance data, and program outcomes.
  • Conduct contract monitoring activities, including annual administrative and programmatic monitoring and invoice processing.
  • Assist in coordination and collaboration with project partners to ensure efficient and effective project operations.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to project partners, and develop, recommend, and implement program modifications.
  • Support regular oversight and in-depth tracking of clients referred to housing and Emergency Financial Assistance services, and ensure quality case management services.
  • Assist in evaluating the overall success of assigned projects and report findings to project partners and stakeholders.
  • Collect and track demographic and programmatic data for quality assurance purposes.
  • Monitor data quality and implement data improvement procedures as needed.
  • Assist with budget development, invoice review, and analysis.
Requirements
  • 3 or more years of highly complex administrative experience in the health, housing, social services, or related sectors.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail, work in a professional manner, and maintain confidentiality and security of documents and information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals and partners both internally and externally.
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative, and follow-through.
  • Computer literate and skilled in use of MS Windows-based programs, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledgeable of data systems utilized across DHS and the homeless system of care.
