Job Summary

The Bungalows at Fayetteville is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Associate to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide hands-on care, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Conduct daily checks on residents to ensure their safety, comfort, and cleanliness.
  • Initiate and participate in activities that promote socialization, engagement, and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Respond promptly to resident call bells and security system alerts.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent required; experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Knowledge of assisted living industry and dementia care or skilled nursing experience a plus.
